How do usage allowances work?
Your allowance refreshes in 5-hour rolling windows through the day, with a weekly ceiling on top. Most people never notice either; heavy days are what Pro and Max are for.
What happens if I hit my allowance?
Dvina tells you clearly and shows when your window refreshes. Nothing is lost: your context and work stay exactly where they are.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Your context stays intact either way.
Is my data treated differently on Free?
No. Encryption, masking, and the no-training promise are identical on every plan. Privacy is not a tier.

How does the Plus trial work?
Try Plus free for 7 days. We remind you by notification and email 3 days before it ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is for a first subscription; on iPhone and Android the store shows its own offer.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
If you pay on the web, yes: pause for 30 days with no charge, once a year. Your plan comes back by itself.
I subscribed on my phone. Where do I manage it?
In your App Store or Google Play settings. Plans bought on the web are managed in Settings › Plan & Usage.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars on the web. The App Store and Google Play charge in your local currency. Have a promo code? Enter it at checkout.
