Settings is where you change how Dvina looks, what it lets you know about, what it remembers and which apps it reads. Its first page lists every page you can open, in groups. A page you can't use, like one only admins see, isn't listed at all.

Your account

At the top of Settings, you see your picture, your name and your email address, with the Livespace you're in under them. Click either one to open Account, where you change your name, switch Livespaces, add passkeys and see your signed-in devices. See General and Account.

Your pages

These pages are yours, whatever your plan or role.

Page What it's for
General Appearance, language and the composer, like Suggest my next message. On a computer, updates too.
Notifications What Dvina lets you know about while you're away, and Quiet Hours.
Proactive How often Dvina steps in before you ask.
Memory What Dvina remembers about you, and how to change it.
Privacy & Data How your data is protected, and what you can export or clear, like Export My Data or Reset Chat.
Apps The apps you connect, their accounts, and Custom Apps.
Model The Default model Dvina uses. It comes with the Max and Enterprise plans.
Plan & Usage Your plan, how much of it you've used, your storage and billing.
Help & About Feedback, setup and the fine print, like Dvina Docs, Send Feedback… and Show Setup Again.

Your Livespace's pages

If you're an admin of your Livespace, Settings shows a Livespace group with the pages that manage it. Members don't see these pages.

Page What it's for
Livespace Its name and logo, Export Livespace and Delete Livespace….
People Inviting people, their roles and the Livespace's Seats.

On Enterprise, the group has more pages:

Page What it's for
Security Single sign-on, Provisioning (SCIM), Require Two-Step Verification, Sessions and Allowed Networks.
Policies Which Features members see, and rules like Always mask personal data.
Integrations The apps and MCP servers members may connect, and Members’ connections.
Sharing Whether members can Share outside the Livespace and make Public links.
Audit Log The Livespace's Events, and SIEM destinations to send them to.
Limits & Reports The Livespace Pool, Limits for teams and people, and a usage Report.
Retention How long to Keep Data For, and Legal Holds.
Data Protection Built-in rules, your own rules, Term lists and Your DLP services.
API Access Personal Access Tokens and Webhooks.

Everyone in an Enterprise Livespace sees API Access, not only its admins: each member manages their own personal access tokens there. Admins also see the Livespace's webhooks.

If you're an admin on another plan, the group shows Available on Enterprise instead, with the controls Enterprise adds. Choose it to see your plan in Plan & Usage.

To set these pages up, see Dvina for teams and companies, Manage members and roles, Set up single sign-on and Use the audit log.

Find a setting

You don't have to know which page a setting is on.

  1. At the top of Settings, choose Search Settings.
  2. Type part of a page's name or a setting's name, like "passkeys" or "quiet hours". Capitals and accents don't matter.
  3. Choose a result. Pages come first, then the settings inside them, each with the page it's on.

Dvina opens the page and shows you the row. To move through the results with the keyboard, press ↓ and ↑. Press Return to open the first result, or Esc to clear the search.

Settings that only the desktop app has, like Quick Entry shortcut and Software Update, are found only in the desktop app. If nothing matches, Settings says No results for and what you typed.
