Connect GitHub to keep development work moving with more context. Dvina reads your repositories, pull requests and issues, answers questions about them and tells you when something changes.
What Dvina can do
- Review your repositories, pull requests, issues and commits, and answer questions about them.
- Summarize what changed, like "Summarize today's GitHub" or "What needs me in GitHub?"
- Tell you when something in GitHub matters, with one short card that says why.
- Create and update issues, pull requests and comments, after you approve it.
Because Dvina sees GitHub next to your other apps, one question can cover all of them. Ask "What's blocking Friday's build?" and Dvina reads your issues, your pull requests and the team chat, and gives you one answer, like the blockers and the fix that's in review.
Merk
Connecting GitHub lets Dvina work with GitHub itself. To have Dvina write and run code in a project on your computer, use the desktop app. See Code.
Permissions
Dvina reads GitHub freely, so it can answer and prepare work. Anything that changes something waits for you:
- Reading: Reading repositories, pull requests, issues and commits runs without asking.
- Writing: Creating or changing something, like an issue or a comment, shows an approval card first. You choose Allow or Reject.
- Deleting: Deleting something for good asks every time. Its card says Deletes for good, asks every time and doesn't offer Always allow.
If you connected more than one GitHub account, the approval card shows which one Dvina uses.
Viktig
Nothing changes in your repositories until you choose Allow.
