Eslatma
Privacy is not a tier. Encryption, masking and the promise never to train on your data are the same on every plan, Free too.
See your usage
Go to Settings › Plan & Usage. Under Usage, you see how much you've used in the Last 5 hours, the Last 24 hours and the Last 7 days, and when each window refills. You also see Proactive this month and your Storage.
To learn how the limits work, choose How Limits Work.
How allowances work
- 5-hour usage window: Your allowance refreshes in 5-hour rolling windows through the day.
- Weekly limit: On top, there's a weekly ceiling. If you reach your 5-hour limit many times in a week, you can't continue until the weekly window resets.
If you reach a limit, Dvina tells you and shows when your window refreshes. Nothing is lost: your context and work stay where they are.
Proactive cards have their own monthly allowance. When it's used up, Dvina still notices things, in shorter cards, until next month.
Change your plan
- Go to Settings › Plan & Usage.
- Choose Change Plan….
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then choose a plan.
- Review the change and confirm it.
Upgrades apply right away, and you pay just the difference for the days left. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period; until then, you keep your current plan. To undo a planned change, choose Cancel Change before it takes effect.
Maslahat
To try Plus, choose it and start the free trial. Dvina reminds you by notification and email 3 days before the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is for a first subscription.
Payment method and invoices
If you pay on the web, go to Settings › Plan & Usage and, under Billing, choose Payment Method or Invoices.
On a shared Livespace, only Livespace admins can manage billing. Admins can give someone the Billing Admin role so they can manage the plan and payment.
Pause or cancel
If you pay on the web:
- Go to Settings › Plan & Usage and choose Cancel Subscription….
- Tell Dvina the main reason, then choose Continue.
- Dvina may offer another option, like a lower plan or a pause. If it offers a pause, choose it to take a break for 30 days with no charge; your plan comes back by itself. You can pause once a year.
- To cancel, choose Continue to cancel, then Cancel subscription.
Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your Livespace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: your threads, tasks, files, memory and apps stay. Changed your mind? Choose Reactivate before your plan ends.
Subscriptions on iPhone and Android
If you subscribed in the Dvina app on your phone, the App Store or Google Play manages your subscription.
- To change or cancel it, open Dvina on your phone, go to Settings › Plan & Usage and choose Manage Subscription. You can also use your App Store or Google Play settings.
- On the web or your computer, Plan & Usage shows Manage on Mobile.
- If you subscribed on the web, your phone shows Manage on the Web. Open Dvina on the web or on your computer to change or cancel it.
- To get a subscription back on a new phone, go to Settings › Help & About and choose Restore Purchases.
On iPhone and Android, the store shows its own trial offer.
Currency and promo codes
On the web, you pay in US dollars. The App Store and Google Play charge in your local currency. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout.
