# Dvina for teams and companies

> Give your whole team one assistant in a shared Livespace, and manage its people, sign-in, policies and audit log from Settings.

When your team uses Dvina together, everyone works in one shared Livespace. Each person gets the same assistant, reading the apps they already use, under the same rules. What someone shares with a person, a team or the whole Livespace, Dvina can answer from, and it never answers from what isn't shared with you.

This guide is for the owners and admins who set Dvina up and look after it.

## Choose a plan

- **Team plans** (Team, Team Pro and Team Max) are for a team that shares what it knows. You pay per user, and you can invite people, make teams and share with them.
- **Enterprise** is for a whole company. It adds single sign-on, provisioning, policies, the audit log, retention and the other company controls described in this guide. It comes as Enterprise Cloud, which Dvina hosts and runs, or Enterprise Sovereign, on your own servers. See [Where Dvina runs](/docs/teams/deployment).

## Your Livespace

A Livespace holds your team's chats, tasks, files, data and apps. Every account starts with one of its own, and you can belong to more than one.

To make a Livespace for your team:

1. Open Settings and choose **Account**.
2. Under **Livespaces**, choose **New Livespace…**, then give it a name.
3. Invite your team. See [Members and roles](/docs/teams/members-and-roles).

You can switch between Livespaces in Settings › **Account** or from the Dock. Whoever makes a Livespace is its owner.

## What admins control

Owners and admins see a Livespace group in Settings that nobody else sees. On every plan it has:

Owners, admins and billing admins manage the plan and payment in Settings › **Plan & Usage**.

> [!NOTE]
> When you turn a feature off in **Policies**, members don't see it, and Dvina tells them your admin turned it off.

## Good to know

- Changes in **Policies** apply to everyone at once.
- Every chat, file and page has an owner, who shares it with a person, a team or the whole company.
- Deleting a Livespace waits 7 days, and any admin can cancel until then.
