# Keyboard shortcuts
> Use your keyboard to send messages, open Quick Entry, pause Dvina, send feedback and move around the app.
Dvina's shortcuts use ⌘ on a Mac, iPad or iPhone and Ctrl on Windows and Linux.
## In the chat

Type / or @ at the start of a word. Keep typing to search, then choose what you want.
During a call with Dvina, press Esc to minimize the call and keep working. See [Call Dvina](/docs/use-dvina/features/call).
## Desktop app
These work in the Dvina app on your Mac or PC. On a Mac, you also find them in the menu bar.

On a Mac, **Ask Dvina** and **Close Tab** are in the File menu, **Browser** is in the View menu and **Send Feedback…** is in the Help menu. The Edit, View and Window menus also have the standard Mac commands, like Copy, Paste, full screen and Minimize, with their usual keys.
## Anywhere on your computer
These work while you're in any app, as long as Dvina is open.

When you close Quick Entry, what you typed is kept for next time.
The pause shortcut works only while Dvina is using the apps on your computer. A paused run waits until you choose **Carry on**. See [Computer Use](/docs/use-dvina/features/computer-use).
### Change the Quick Entry shortcut
1. Go to Settings › **General** › **Quick Entry shortcut**.
2. Press the button, then press the new keys.
Use Option, Control or Command (Alt or Ctrl on Windows) with a key. Dvina tells you if another app already uses the keys you chose. Shortcuts with the Windows key, and the pause shortcut, can't be used.
## In the Feed

| Delete the selected items | Delete | Delete or Backspace |
| Clear the selection | Esc | Esc |
Dvina asks before it deletes, and you can choose **Undo**. Press Esc again to close the Library.
## In Send Feedback and Report
Press ⌘ Return (Ctrl Enter on Windows and Linux) to send. See [Send feedback](/docs/help/feedback).
In the web app, ⌥ ⌘ F (Ctrl Alt F) opens **Send Feedback** too.
## iPad with a keyboard
With a keyboard attached, hold ⌘ to see Dvina's commands, or find them in the menu bar.
