# Send feedback > Tell the Dvina team what broke or what you'd like, add a screenshot, and report a reply that's wrong. Something broke, or you have an idea? Send it to the team from the app. Feedback goes straight to the team, and they read every one. ## Open Send Feedback ::: tabs === Mac - Choose Help › **Send Feedback…** in the menu bar. - Or press ⌥ ⌘ F. === Windows - Press Ctrl Alt F. === Linux - Press Ctrl Alt F. === iPhone 1. Open Settings. 2. Choose **Help & About**, then **Send Feedback…**. === iPad - Press ⌥ ⌘ F with a keyboard, or choose Help › **Send Feedback…** in the menu bar. - Or open Settings, choose **Help & About**, then **Send Feedback…**. === Android 1. Open Settings. 2. Choose **Help & About**, then **Send Feedback…**. === Web - Press ⌥ ⌘ F on a Mac, or Ctrl Alt F on Windows and Linux. - Or open Settings, choose **Help & About**, then **Send Feedback…**. ::: On every device, Settings › **Help & About** › **Send Feedback…** opens it too. ## Send your feedback 1. Under **What is it about?**, choose **Something broke**, **Idea**, **Answer quality** or **Billing**. 2. In **Your feedback**, write what happened or what you'd like. 3. Choose what to add: - **Include a screenshot:** Adds a picture of the window you were in (of the screen you were on, in the phone apps). It's off unless you turn it on. - **Include diagnostics:** Adds the app's version, your device and the last error. No conversation content. It's on unless you turn it off. 4. Click **Send**, or press ⌘ Return (Ctrl Enter on Windows and Linux). **Send** works once you've written something. When your feedback is sent, Dvina says **Thanks. It’s with the team.** > [!TIP] > If something broke, say what you were doing just before. A screenshot of the window helps the team see what you saw. ## Report a reply If a reply from Dvina is offensive, harmful or wrong, report it to the team. 1. Right-click the reply, or touch and hold it on a phone or tablet. 2. Choose **Report**. 3. Under **What’s wrong?**, choose **Offensive or inappropriate**, **Harmful or unsafe**, **Inaccurate** or **Other**. 4. In **Details**, add anything else the team should know. This is optional. 5. Click **Send**, or press ⌘ Return (Ctrl Enter on Windows and Linux). You can report a reply once Dvina has finished writing it. When the report is sent, Dvina says **Thanks, we’ll review it.** ## What happens next Your feedback and reports go to the Dvina team. The team reads every piece of feedback and reviews every report. To correct something Dvina learned about you, you don't need to send feedback.
