# Frequently asked questions > Answers to common questions about signing in, plans and billing, your data, and using Dvina on your devices. Find quick answers about your account, your plan, your data and your devices. If you're just getting started, see [What is Dvina?](/docs/use-dvina/get-started/what-is-dvina) ## Account & sign-in ### How do I sign in? Choose **Continue with Apple**, **Continue with Google**, **Continue with email** or **Continue with a passkey**. If your company signs you in to Dvina, choose **Continue with SSO** and enter your work email. ### Do I need a password? No. When you sign in with email, Dvina sends you a 6-digit code, and a new code comes each time. The code works for 5 minutes. ### How do I create an account? Sign in with Apple, Google or your email. If you're new, signing in creates your account, and Dvina asks what it should call you. ### Can I use a passkey? Yes. A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or your screen lock instead of a code. Your fingerprint or face stays on your device. ### How do I sign out? Go to Settings › **Account** and choose **Sign Out**. This signs you out on that device. ### How do I delete my account? Go to Settings › **Account** and choose **Delete Account…**. Everything in your Livespaces is deleted after 7 days, and you can cancel until then. You may want to export your data first. ## Plans & billing ### Is Dvina free? Yes. You can start with all of Dvina, free, with daily limits. When you need more, move up to Plus, Pro or Max. See [Pricing](/pricing). ### What's the difference between the plans? Plus gives you 5 times the use of Free, Pro 20 times and Max 40 times. Team plans are for sharing with a team, and Enterprise plans run in our cloud or on your own servers. See [Plans and billing](/docs/help/plans-and-billing). ### How do usage allowances work? Your allowance refreshes in 5-hour rolling windows through the day, with a weekly ceiling on top. If you reach it, Dvina tells you and shows when your window refreshes. Nothing is lost. ### How does the Plus trial work? Try Plus free for 7 days. Dvina reminds you by notification and email 3 days before the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is for a first subscription, and on iPhone and Android the store shows its own offer. ### Can I change or cancel my plan? Anytime. Upgrades apply right away, and you pay just the difference for the days left. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period, and your context stays intact either way. ### Can I pause instead of canceling? If you pay on the web, yes. You can pause for 30 days with no charge, once a year, and your plan comes back by itself. ### Where do I manage my subscription? If you subscribed on the web, go to Settings › **Plan & Usage**. If you subscribed on your phone, manage it in your App Store or Google Play settings. ### What currency do you charge in? US dollars on the web. The App Store and Google Play charge in your local currency. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout. ## Your data ### Is my data used to train AI models? No. Nothing you write, upload or connect is ever used to train an AI model. It's not a setting; it's the only mode, on every plan. ### Who can see my conversations? You. Personal details are masked, and access stays with your account. Others see something only when you share it. ### Can I see what Dvina remembers about me? Yes. Go to Settings › **Memory** to see what Dvina remembers. You can change anything, or delete it for good. ### Can I export my data? Yes. Go to Settings › **Privacy & Data** and choose **Export My Data**. You get a ZIP of your threads, tasks, files, memory and context, ready to download for 7 days. ### Can I delete everything? Yes: a memory, a topic or all of it. In Settings › **Privacy & Data**, you can reset your chat, context, Feed or proactive history, or delete imported chats. Deleted means deleted. See [Privacy and your data](/docs/help/privacy-and-data). ### Can I bring my chats from another assistant? Yes, from ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. Export your data in the app you're leaving, then drop the ZIP file into Dvina. Each conversation becomes a document in your Library, in an Imported folder for each app. See [Bring your chats from ChatGPT, Claude or Grok](/docs/use-dvina/get-started/import-chats). ## Apps & devices ### Which devices can I use Dvina on? Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple Watch, Wear OS and the web. See [Download and install Dvina](/docs/use-dvina/get-started/install). ### Will what I typed on my laptop show up on my phone? Everything you send does: your chats, tasks, files and memory. A message you haven't sent yet stays on the device you typed it on. ### Do the watch apps need my phone? Yes. Apple Watch works with the iPhone app, and Wear OS works with the Android app. Your phone signs the watch in. ### Does my computer need to be on for Dvina to work on it? Yes: awake, online, with Dvina open. If it isn't, Dvina tells you. ### Which apps can I connect? More than 100, across mail, calendars, chat, files, CRMs, payments and developer tools, plus databases and warehouses. You connect each one with your own sign-in. No. Dvina reads and drafts for you, but sending, deleting for good and paying always ask, every time, whatever you allowed before. ### Where can I see if Dvina is working? Go to [status.dvina.ai](https://status.dvina.ai). It shows Dvina's status right now, any incident in progress, and the last 90 days. ### What happens when I disconnect an app?
